Ces noms touchent la country et le format adult contemporary (soft rock), et Karen a aussi travaillé avec Dolly Parton, Al Green, Kenny Rogers et Georges Jones. Le single est une alternative bluegrass-folk-soul, et le CD propose un duo avec Collin Raye "If you do", et ses nombreuses récompenses font d'elles l'une des plumes les plus réputées de Nashville où elle réside alors qu'elle est native d'El Paso au Texas. L'une des chansons "One mile apart" est disponible en Anglais et Espagnol sur le CD.
