HANK WILLIAMS sera à l'honneur le 7 février avec la parution d'un coffret comprenant un livret et 6 CDs d'enregistrements en concerts. Certains titres datent de 1951 et les 6 CDs se déclinent sur 144 titres. Le nom du coffret est "Pictures from life's other side: The man and his music in rare photos and recordings.
LYNYRD SKYNYRD proposera le 1er novembre un album live de 17 titres lié à leur tournée 2019 "Last of the Streets Survivors Farewell Tour". C'est en fait le concert qu'ils ont donné chez eux à Jacksonville en Floride. Et le 7 novembre, projection nationale au cinéma pour une diffusion unique du documentaire associé. MARK CHESNUTT revient le 15 octobre avec "Live from the honky tonk", le premier vinyle de sa carrière. Douze titres sur ce 18ème album qui ont été enregistrés à Nashville avec son groupe qui inclu un joueur de pedal steel et un fiddle. Le vinyle propose des hommages à George Jones et Waylon Jennings, et c'est son second album live mais le premier sur vinyle. "Live from the honky tonk" sera disponible sur son site et lors de ses concerts.
RONNIE DUNN sortira un album de 24 reprises de titres country et rock en janvier 2020. George Strait, Mel Tillis, les Eagles, Bob Seger, Ace, Tom Petty, Leon Russell et bien d'autres sont au programme.
"The BAKERSFIELD SOUND: 1940-1974" est un coffret de 10 CDs à paraitre le 9 août 2019 et regroupant 307 titres. Bakersfield est surnommé le "Nashville West" et ce coffret sort chez Bear Family.
"COUNTRY MUSIC: A Film By Ken Burns" sera diffusé sur PBS.org à partir du 15 septembre en soirée. Il y a 16h30 de documentaire en 8 épisodes. De surcroit, un coffret de 5 CDs sortira le 30 août dont voici tous les titres.

RODNEY CROWELL revient le 15 août avec l'album "Texas" qui propose 11 titres avec des invités de marque: Willie Nelson, Lyle Lovett, Lee Ann Womack, Ronnie Dunn, Steve Earle, Billy Gibbons de ZZ Top, ainsi que Vince Gill et Ringo Starr. GEORGE STRAIT "HONKY TONK TIME MACHINE" IN STORES MARCH 29.
GARTH BROOKS NEW ALBUM will be available in spring 2019 and will be called "Fun". Two tracks are already included on the album: "All day long" and "Strnger than me". More details still to come early february. Garth Brooks said that making this album was really fun that's why he called it "Fun". Adding that being alternatively in the studio and on tour with the same guys has been amazing. The new CD will be also available on vinyl, and concerning the stadium tour, Ty England and others musicians from the early days will join Garth Brooks in the band.
"THE MULE" IS A NEW MOVIE DIRECTED BY CLINT EASTWOOD featuring Toby Keith "Don't let the old man in" in the soundtrack. December 14 in the US and january 23 in France.
WILLIE: LIFE & SONGS OF AN AMERICAN OUTLAW" is scheduled for january 12 at the Bridgestone Arena. A stellar line-up will sing Willie Nelson's hits. The line-up includes Emmylou Harris, Eric Church, Chris Stapleton, Jimmy Buffett, Nathaniel Rateliff, Ray Benson, Steve Earle, George Strait, John Mellencamp, Alison Krauss, The Avett Brothers, Kris Kristofferson among others. The show will be broadcasted later in 2019 on A&E Network. And maybe available on DVD later.
RONNIE MILSAP returns on january 13 with "The Duets", a 13 songs album.
PISTOL ANNIES returns on november 2 with their second album called "Interstate gospel". MIRANDA LAMBERT, ASHLEY MONROE and ANGALEENA PRESLEY are the members of the trio. See the track list below.
MIRANDA LAMBERT and LITTLE BIG TOWN They embark on the Bandwagon tour this summer 2018, sharing the stage and they will exchange songs from each other. Covers are also on the set list.
ROGER MILLER "KING OF THE ROAD: TRIBUTE TO ROGER MILLER" on august 31, 2018. Stars and less known artists for 35 songs and a unique line-up of talents.

RODNEY CROWELL PLANS FOR 2018 Good news for Rodney Crowell's fans in 2018. First of all, a book about his artistic life will be published. Not a biography, but a book explaining how Rodney Crowell works and creates music, writes songs, produces and all about each step of his artistic creativity. And in second, many of his close friends will reunite for a tribute album to Rodney Crowell. Many details concerning these two projects still to come.
